This has been a fun week. We have been at Green Turtle Bay Marina this whole week. Tons of Looper here. We had a bonfire down at the beach last night and probably had close to 30 people show up. What fun. Did dock tails down there instead of on the dock.
The woman all had a "spa day" couple days ago. What decadence. I loved it.
We will be shoving off tomorrow morning. We will be taking a right hand turn out of here and thru the channel and over to the Tennessee river. Hope to spend a few nights on the hook (at anchor) and a few at marina's along the way. We are heading to Joe Wheeler State Park in Rogersville, Alabama. We are off to the Looper rondevous. (Please excuse my spelling) We are looking forward to meeting other Looper and learning more about what is coming up. We just made plans to stay at a marina in Columbus, Al. With some friends from Michigan for a month. Will be traveling down to Florida after that and keeping an eye peeled for our weather window to cross the gulf to lower Florida. More to come.
